Indemnity

Viruses, hacking and other offences

Jurisdiction
45. The Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes
46. Any disputes arising from or related to the Site shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
